Experience and skills. Boss interviewed them
His secretary was also present. After interview
Boss told secretary: “We are selecting the man
Interviewed second. My reason is this: the first
Candidate left the door open after coming in;
The second one closed the door after entering.
Also he seemed more sensitive to the occasion,
Place, and persons present. He was natural too”
Sometimes we forget that little things do matter.
